Through injuries and managing other health conditions, Mike was exposed to the rich history and effects of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and has always appreciated the value of their principles and techniques.
Mike is a Registered Physiotherapist in Burnaby in good standing with CPTBC. He has worked in hospital settings and Physiotherapy clinics in the Lower Mainland.
He has helped clients achieve their recovery goals – from those who have suffered injuries through work and motor vehicle accidents – to the recreational warrior and national level athletes.
Mike is currently a trusted provider of on-site Physiotherapy Services for employees at WorkSafeBC and Best Buy Canada.
Mike’s lifelong passion is playing basketball and tennis and finding the hidden secrets to slow down the aging process to keep up with his young active children.

Elizabeth believes regular moderate physical activity is crucial to maintaining physical and mental health. As we all age, our body does not heal as fast, and regular exercise can help minimize injuries and speed recovery of tissues. She often encourages and incorporates physical activity as part of her physiotherapy services and treatment sessions.
Elizabeth has experience in treating a variety of clients ranging from those suffering from workplace injuries to those experiencing postpartum aches and pains. She particularly enjoys working with recreational runners, being a runner herself since she was in elementary school.
Currently she is the on-site physiotherapist for employees at Best Buy, Worksafe BC, and Fortinet.
In her free time, she loves to laugh and have fun! She enjoys spending time in nature, playing with her two young boys, and trying out new baking recipes. Running and gym exercises are the main ways she stays healthy throughout the year. She also enjoys long hikes (especially ones that end up on a high mountain!), biking, yoga, recreational volleyball, and badminton. She can speak Mandarin, Cantonese, and English (or Singlish when she feels like going back to her Singaporean roots!).

Testimonials

“Mike is very professional and attentive. He listens and takes time to explain. He’s very friendly and is always on time with his appointments. I’m very happy my work place is offering mobile physiotherapy services; it is very convenient because I could go to my appointment during my lunch break without leaving my office. Thanks Mike!”

“I’ve only been treated by Liz a couple of times and in such a short time, she’s managed to give me so much relief. I’ve been doing the dry needling/IMS treatments and even though that type of treatment can be a bit intimidating – she’s been so informative, confident in her treatment, and overall very supportive in helping me feel better. I can finally get some good sleep all thanks to Liz! Can’t wait for my next treatment (and I JUST went yesterday:P)”
Karen B

“Every time I go I leave feeling 100% better, Liz has been extremely helpful and is very knowledgeable as well as updated on current treatment modalities. She will provide you with exercises in order to improve your function and be able to maintain the progress you’ve made working with her.”

I can highly recommend Liz Ng as she has been my physiotherapist for several years. She has treated me for various issues including recovery from a car accident, a shoulder injury from a broken arm, and an arthritic knee. Liz is very professional while being warm and welcoming. With each subsequent visit she assess the progress to see what works and adjusts the program as needed. A visit to her is a positive experience and not just another appointment you need to go to.
