Terms & Conditions

Assessment and Treatment

You’ll always be assessed by a Registered Physiotherapist or a Registered Massage Therapist. Our Physiotherapists are registered with the College of Physical Therapists of BC, and our Massage Therapists with the College of Massage Therapists of BC. After your assessment, the clinician will explain their findings and propose treatment if appropriate, detailing what’s involved and any risks. You have the right to decline any treatment without prejudice.

Assessments and treatments are conducted one-on-one (unless otherwise agreed) in the privacy of our treatment rooms.

Booking Appointments

Appointments can be booked online at eastwestphysiotherapy.janeapp.com or by phone at 604-398-2936.

Before starting treatment, please confirm with your insurance company:

  2. The specific details of your coverage.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance by phone, text at 604-398-2936, or email at info@eastwestphysiotherapy. Failure to provide adequate notice will result in a cancellation charge equal to the full cost of your appointment.
